Liability for content

Pursuant to section 7, paragraph 1 of the TMG (Tele Media Act by German law), we as service providers are liable for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws. However, pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we as service providers are not under obligation to monitor external information provided or stored on our website or to research circumstances that suggest an illegal activity. Obligations for the removal or blocking of the use of information in accordance with the general laws remain unaffected. Any liability concerning this matter can only be assumed from the point in time the infringement becomes known to us. Once we have become aware of a specific infringement of the law we will immediately remove the content in question.

Liability for links

Our website contains links to websites of third parties, whose content we have no influence on. We cannot assume any liability for such external content.
